Event Format

What usually goes wrong when your community gathers? Pick up to three, most important first.

Tap up to 3, the biggest first. Tap one again to take it off.

First-timers arrive, stand alone, and never come back We plan events without asking the people who will come A regular stops coming, and nobody notices or asks why Nobody learns how to host, so one person always runs it Organisers never hear what worked at each other's events We notice turnout falling only when the room is half empty The same few people set up, run the door and clear away The event ends, nothing follows, and the energy fades The people who would love it never hear it is happening

Anything else that goes wrong? (optional)

What made your last gathering work, or not? (optional)

Including one you have not run yet. It is what keeps the 6E plan from reading like a template.
