One plan, however many tools you use

GatherCycle is part of CollectiveNexus. You buy an account rather than a single tool, so the price is the same whether GatherCycle is the only one you run or one of several.

GatherCycle is one of 22 tools in CollectiveNexus. A plan covers the whole account, so you can run this one on its own or switch on as many as your plan allows. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial.

Questions organizers ask

Do we pay per event, or per attendee?

Neither. The plan covers the account, so run one conference a year or a workshop every fortnight for the same price. Attendees do not need accounts of their own to take part, so a sold-out event costs no more to run than a quiet one.

What actually spends AI credits?

Generating and enhancing content: drafting the campaign, promotional copy, session outlines, the post-event evaluation. Running the event, taking registrations and reading your own plan do not. Credits are held once for your whole account and shared across every tool on it.

Can we just buy GatherCycle?

Yes. The smallest plan runs one tool, and that can be this one. Nothing about it is a trial version: you get the whole product, and you can switch on more later without moving accounts.

What happens to our past events if we add another tool?

Nothing moves. Your people, your organization and your credits are held once at the account level, so a second tool starts with the same members already in it, and every campaign you have run stays where it is.

Where do we actually pay?

At CollectiveNexus, which holds the account for every tool you run. Starting a trial from here takes you there once, and after that you sign in at either place with the same account.

More from CollectiveNexus

GatherCycle is one of a suite of community-building tools on CollectiveNexus, built around the three things every community has to do: connect, learn, and co-create. Your account carries across all of them, so the next one starts with your people already in it.

Connection

The first work of any community is helping people find their way in, find support, and find each other.

  • Community Assessments
  • Community Discussions
  • Support Groups
  • Newcomer Journeys
  • Career Support
  • Future Planning

What becomes possible when nobody in your community has to figure things out alone?

Learning

A community grows by learning together: sharing what people know, studying as a group, and making sense of the world around you.

  • Course Creation
  • Workshop Hosting
  • Peer Study Groups
  • Wisdom Sharing
  • Collective Insight
  • Strategic Planning
  • Trends Analysis
  • Shared Job Search

What would your community do with everything it already knows but never shares?

Co-Creation

This is where a community builds: turning talent, ideas, and connections into projects, enterprises, and momentum that lasts.

  • Talent Matching
  • Content Creation
  • Venture Formation
  • Event Success
  • Growth Experiments
  • Project Management
  • Interview Preparation
  • CollectiveCRM

What could your community build if its talent, tools, and connections worked together?

You do not have to choose all of it at once. Most communities start with the one capacity they need next, and switch on the others when they are ready.

One account, one subscription, every tool your community uses.
